One day in the kitchen with Samira and Fatima

Samira and Fatima prepare the Moroccan cookies .

When we come back from the market,we beging to prepare the menu for dinner.
We chopped onion ( without tears) peeled quarted and cleaned the quinces. We also chopped
celery and parsley quite badly so it had to been finished.Samira and Fatima preparing two savory dishes for this evening , plus the pancakes ( baghrir) and cake for tomorrow's breakfast.

Menu for today:

Moroccan soup harira+ dattes.
Lamb tagine with vegetables ( carrots, potatoes , zucchini , dried pea)
Custard milk.
