Hello, everybody

Today it’ is not shinny day, spring is coming and we wish by then that the good weather will be back,

I make in dinner at Riad laaroussa some salads, and lamb Tajine with vegetables of the season (green peas, artichokes) in desert a pears pie.

We give the recipe of the famous and delicious salad in fez: green and red pepper with garlic and preserved lemon,


½ kg red pepper

½ kg green pepper

6 tablespoons fool olive oil,

4 garlic cloves

½ teaspoon cumin


Chilly according to your taste,

Parsley chopped

Half preserved lemon


Toast peppers, preserve in plastic bag a few minutes sow they become easy to peel, don’t’ wash them after peeling, cut them in tinny long shape, on recipient put the crushed garlic, cumin, salt, chilly, Oliver oil, and preserved lemon cut on small pieces.

For the decoration put the chopped parsley, serve hot or cold as you wish,
