FISH TAGINE




TAGINE OF FISH WITH POTATOES AND GREEN PEPPERS


INGREDIENT (for 10 persons)

2 onion, sliced
1kg tomatoes sliced
1kg potatoes, sliced
1/2kg green pepper
1&half kg of fishes
1 lemon, for decoration.

CHERMOULA
2tsp paprika
2tsp cumin
1tsp salt
10 garlic cloves crushed
10 tabs coriander &parsly, chopped
Juice of 2 lemons
1glass mixed oil & olive oil
1tsp chili,
METHOD
Chermoula:
In bowl mix coriander, parsley, salt, paprika, cumin, lemon juice &mixed oil
On an oven tray, arrange sliced onion, tomatoes &potatoes.
Put on top fish, chermoula &sliced tomatoes.
Wash and cut the pepper, sliced lemon then garnish fish with it.
Cook in preheated oven and over moderate heat for 40mn.
Serve hot
